Ghalib says that his most loveable friend would most probably come either in the garb of an assassin or a preacher and this is the reason why he has begun to avoid any quarrel with those persons.
Take of the ‘sher’ is, if you share your internal feelings with someone, he either becomes extremely hostile to you (because it might be against his interests) or he tries to teach you that you should desist from such a boisterous thought like loving.

Ghalib says that if the outcome of a genuine effort is not readily visible, it does not mean that the effort has gone in vain. In fact such an effort works intrinsically on the target which will show it's outcome at appropriate time.

Ghalib freely admits that he has a crush on a lady for whom he wants to write a letter. He is so much infatuated to her  that he has no botheration about the content of the missive.

In fact, the poet is saying that if you are really loving something you don’t think about the nitty-gritty of your action towards that and just want to associate with such thing in every possible manner. Putting succinctly, true pleasure lies just in association and not in a outwardly demeanor.

( Ghar jab bana liya tere dar par kahe bagair )

Ghalib says though he has built his home at the doorstep of his beloved, she still would not notice him because she is a highly distinguished idol and he is very insignificant before her. In fact, Ghalib is beseeching her for her attention.

Galib says that his dearest lady does not remember him at all. Even if someone reminds her about Galib she avoids any discussion about him mentioning that she does not want chaos any more.

"Kaasid ke aate-aate ek khat aur likh rakhun
Mai jaanta hun jo wo likhenge jawaab me."

(-Mirza Ghalib)
Word: Kaasid = chitthi pahuchaanewala

Ghalib thinks it more sensible to prepare a rejoinder in advance of d well-predicted reply of his just-finished original letter addresed to d beloved. Very true in d context of legal or official scenario of today's world.
